Subscription and database terms and conditions
When you subscribe to any of Auckland Council’s mailing lists your contact details become part of our mailing list database (“Database”). This Database enables us to send you information about GridAKL and other initiatives in Auckland.
Only Auckalnd Council has rights to the Database. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your contact details remain confidential at all times. Auckland Council will not provide your details to any third party, except that in limited circumstances, aggregated data may be provided to Council / the Councillors.
On request, the Economic Development Office will provide you with a copy of your contact details. You may at any time ask us to update or remove your contact details from our database.
