Over the past three years, Kate has grown the brand to have over 120,000 customers, with 1 in 20 New Zealand women taking Moodi products. The brand launched into retail in 2025, prompting supermarkets nationwide to limit the number of products people can buy after the company sold six months’ worth of stock in several weeks, and Moodi’s Pre + Probiotic is now the #1 functional drink in New Zealand. In 2025, Kate was EY’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year for New Zealand. And outside of Moodi, Kate is passionate about paying it forward and elevating other women. Moodi gives away an annual Female Founder Grant, and Kate has been recognised for her work in this space by winning the New Zealand Young Women of Influence Award.
