Laurent Simon | Co-founder of TechDojo (NZ) and Digital Pathways (SG)

● Stranded in NZ during Covid, Laurent managed to get a job
in 3 months. His mission is to share the tactics that are
proven to work and mentor motivated JobHunters.
● 3x founder and Founder Institute Alumni <www.fi.co>
● Laurent held leadership positions at SC Ventures, Standard
Chartered Bank, WestPac, PwC @ Europe, Africa and APAC.
● He specializes in Customer Journey reform, new Products
launch, Ventures building and OKRs.
● Laurent is also an Advisor to the following Fintechs and AI
companies: LenddoEFL, TheGlue, cXa, Hoolah, Instabase,
Taiger, Abeja.
● Laurent enjoys sharing gourmet food and outdoor activities (hiking, sailing, trail running) with loved ones 🙂

● Arrived in NZ as Tech Migrant, Rafael has created
JobHunt.Dojo to provide Career Changers with a structured
approach and supportive community.

● Passionate about “making Products & Services people
love”, Rafael specializes in Quality Assurance, Test
Automation and DevOps.
● Previously, Rafael spent 5 years at ASB and Westpac, where
he mainly improved Software Development and Business
Agility practices.
● Rafael loves sharing good food and music with
family and friends.
