NZGDC Comes to Auckland Conference Countdown

Auckland Council is proud to welcome New Zealand Game Developers Conference 2026. We’d love you to join us on 27 March at Te Puna Creative Hub to start the conference countdown.

You’ll hear from New Zealand Game Developers Association Executive Director Joy Keene and NZGDA Board Chair, Anna Barham, along with other guests for a sneak peek of this year’s conference theme and what you can expect at NZGDC 2026! (30 September – 3 October at the New Zealand International Conference Centre).

Come along on Friday 27 March to see your friends, get the lowdown, and get excited about what’s ahead for the game development community.

A welcome drink and snacks will be served on arrival, and you are welcome to stay on for Friday Live, next door at The Grounds restaurant, with local live music by Taylah. Cash bar and pizza deals are available.
