Love Your Work Wednesday: The Emotional Culture Deck
August 21 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
How might you create a successful, empathy driven team culture using The Emotional Culture Deck?
This Meetup will help you understand how you can use The Emotional Culture Deck to design your team culture so empathy and human connection become a core part of your team’s style and success.
The Meetup will be highly interactive. It definitely won’t involve PowerPoint and you’ll learn by doing and experimenting.
This meetup will be facilitated by Jeremy Dean; the Founder of riders&elephants and creator of The Emotional Culture Deck. The Meetup will be co-presented by Jakub Jurkiewicz, Agile Coach from Air New Zealand – who is also one of the first Emotional Culture Deck Certified Facilitators aka a Pro Elephant Rider.
riders&elephants is leadership company based in Wellington, working with leaders around the world. They build game-based card tools that help leaders reimagine the way they get their people and customers. He believes that organisations that put empathy and human connection at the heart of what they do create measurably better workplace cultures and customer experiences. In Jeremy’s own words:
In the Love your Work Meetup, we’ll take you through The Emotional Culture Deck as if you were a team of leaders and people (employees) that I was working with. At the same time, I’ll talk you through my philosophy behind building more empathetic and human cultures and leadership style. Jakub will also share his stories about how he’s used it at Air New Zealand over the past six months.
The Meetup is limited to 35 people. So get in quick.
