Leveraging the Mob Mentality presented by Jim Buchan
What is mob programming?
When is it useful to do mobbing?
What special workspace is needed for mobbing?
What are some challenges, tips and tricks for effective mobbing?
What are the benefits of mobbing?
Should testers and analysts be part of the mob?
Will the mob fail if all the mob members are introverted?
This presentation will answer these questions based on some lessons learned from Mob Programming at MYOB and some insights from an international survey of mobbers. You will also see a cool time-lapse video of mobbing!
