Auckland Agile Coaching Meetup
Let’s meet and observe Gordon Ramsay’s coaching techniques and discuss if they could be related to our agile coaching practices, like:
– Listening & Learning
– Observation
– Holding a mirror
– Teaching, coaching and mentoring
– Standing with the team
– Reflecting and deciding on the next actions
– Energising
This is a part-presentation and part-workshop meetup. We will work in small groups, discuss and share our ideas, stories and experiences. And hopefully, we will make some new friends.
This is a great session for anyone who has been an agile coach for a while and for anyone new to the agile coaching space. We hope to spark some good conversations and build awareness of our own coaching styles.
