WHO IS IT FOR?

The Lazy Innovation Workshop is designed to help businesses to innovate faster. This group workshop is for start-ups and small businesses wanting to innovate, validate and disrupt an industry.

WHAT IS IT?

THIS TWO DAY WORKSHOP GIVES YOU A CONCENTRATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE,

covering who your customer is and most importantly, what your customer’s problems are, identifying root causes of the problems, creating breakthrough solutions, prioritising actions, and defining a minimum viable product (in other words, what to do next).

THE BENEFITS OF DOING THIS WITH PEOPLE FROM OTHER INDUSTRIES IS SIMPLE:

it’s a lot more powerful when you have more people in the room with different experiences. In other words, the other groups will give you an independent perspective. That means we won’t accept people in the same industries for obvious reasons.

THE TRAINING APPLIES EQUALLY TO A FOR PROFIT BUSINESS AND A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE AND WILL HELP YOU WHETHER YOU WANT TO BUILD A STARTUP, OR INNOVATE INSIDE AN EXISTING BUSINESS.
